Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used tissue paper products cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used tissue paper packs.
Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on your preference and product availability.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we will cover the return shipping charges.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the standard return policy will apply.
